Right of Entry Application

Administration has reviewed it's intake process for Right of Entry Applications and can now announce the following changes……

1. "Rejection Notice-Right of Entry Application"
   Administration advises applicants of deficiencies in their Right of Entry application by way of this checklist. It is the responsibility of applicants to correct all deficiencies prior to resubmitting their application.
2. "Affidavit in Support of Survey Plan"
   All Right of Entry Applications must now attach this affidavit
3. "Rejection Notice-Service Documents"
   Administration advises applicants of deficiencies in their service documents by way of this checklist. It is the responsibility of applicants to correct all deficiencies.

Please be advised that applicants may now submit an application to the Board via mail, courier or in our new drop off box located in the Board's reception area. The Board is no longer able to accept applications in person or by appointment.

 

The Board will continue to ensure that applications are processed in a fair and orderly fashion. Applicants will be contacted should further information or clarification be required.
