The Board Chair has signed a
Mandate and Roles Document with the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development to reflect a common understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities. The Board is comprised of a cross-section of Albertans selected through a
public recruitment process that includes a
competency matrix listing the competencies and values required for individual Board members. All Board members are governed by their
Code of Conduct.
