Alberta Surface Rights Board - Compensation Review

Under Section 27 of the Surface Rights Act landowners/occupants are entitled to a review of compensation on the surface lease or right of entry order every 5 years.

If you want to appoint a personal representative to assist you in the application/hearing process the "Appointment of Personal Representative" Form should be completed and returned to the Board.
