The Surface Rights Board's
DRAFT Guideline "Interpretation of "Notice" under Section 27(4) and Section 27(14) of the
Surface Rights Act is posted for review and comment for 60 days. Please forward your feedback to
srb.lcb@gov.ab.ca prior to September 1, 2009. Upon completion of the review process the Guideline will be implemented by the Board.
