Alberta Surface Rights Board - Recovery of Rentals

If an operator has not paid money payable under a surface lease or right of entry order and the time for payment has passed, the person entitled to the money may bring an application under Section 36 of the Surface Rights Act.The Board may direct payment by the Minister of Finance.

If you want to appoint a personal representative to assist you in the application/hearing process the "Appointment of Personal Representative" Form should be completed and returned to the Board.
