Pursuant to Section 29(c)(i) of the Surface Rights Act, if an Operator named on the Right of Entry Order wishes to assign Board Orders to another Operator, the Surface Rights Board requires the following to amend the Board Order:

one copy of a fully executed Assignment of Board Order(s). If numerous Board Orders are involved, then a schedule listing the Board Orders can be attached, and |

if the Right of Entry Order is for a well site, the Board will require evidence of the transfer of the well licence from the ERCB. |
